The written appeal of this case shall be dismissed.

An immediate appeal may be filed against a decision to dismiss an application for litigation aid (see Article 133 of the Civil Procedure Act). However, the said immediate appeal shall be filed within one week from the date the judgment was notified, and the period of said one week is a peremptory term (Article 44 of the Civil Procedure Act). The appellant was served a decision to dismiss the application for litigation aid on September 27, 2016, and the appellant filed an appeal with this court only after October 5, 2016, the peremptory term of one week lapses. As such, the appellant filed an appeal with this court pursuant to Article 8(2) of the Administrative Litigation Act and Articles 444, 443(1), and 399(2) of the Civil Procedure Act, the order is ordered as ordered in accordance with the disposition.
