On March 31, 2018, the Defendant assaulted the victim I (the 52 years of age), who was a customer, at the cafeteria located in Y in Y in Y-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Y on March 31, 2018, on the following occasions: (a) around 15:45, the Defendant used the victim I (the 52 years of age) to provide “17 million won within the 17 years of age”; and (b) assaulted the victim’s chest on three occasions.

2. On April 18, 2018, the Defendant: (a) discovered that the victim I came from the “K,” located on the first floor of JJ in Y in Y of 17:00 on Apr. 18, 2018; (b) he saw “K,” “I do so,” and assaulted the victim’s chest on one occasion on the part of the victim’s hand at one time.
