The prosecutor's appeal is dismissed.

1. The reasoning of the appeal is that the lower court’s punishment (three million won in penalty) is too unfluent and unreasonable.

2. Although the Defendant, as a bus driver, was not guilty of driving in retaliation against the victim. However, considering the Defendant’s age, sex, environment, occupation, occupation, family relationship, economic circumstances, motive, means and consequence of the Defendant’s crime, and other circumstances that are conditions for sentencing as shown in the instant records and pleadings, the lower court’s punishment is too uneasy and unreasonable, and thus, the Prosecutor’s assertion is without merit.

3. The appeal by the Prosecutor is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
