Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor and six months at Seoul High Court on November 15, 2013, and the above judgment became final and conclusive on November 23, 2013. Defendant B was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor at Seoul High Court on November 15, 2013, and on November 15, 2013, Defendant B was final and conclusive on November 18, 2013.
