Punishment of the crime

On March 17, 2017, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol content 0.115% among blood, driven B-crin automobiles from the front side of Jinju Island, which is located in Jinju Island dong, to the front side of the same galgalian department store, and then drive B-crin automobiles at approximately 50 meters from the 50-meter section to the front side of the Pggalian department store.
