A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

(Criminal) On October 22, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of five years for a period of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse, etc. at the original state branch of the Chuncheon District Court on October 22, 2015, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on October 30, 2015.

(Criminal Facts)

1. On June 2015, the Defendant recommended C, a male-child district of C (n, 17 years of age), a juvenile, to the effect that “I will pay a car loan to C, if I find a person engaging in sexual traffic and provide a car loan to the said person, I will return the money at that time.” Upon C’s consent on June 14, 2015, the Defendant visited C, a male-child district of C (n, 17 years of age), and contacted C, a man who wants to engage in sexual traffic by accessing “E” inside the D New Flast or another vehicle, which was going back to the territory of the Republic of Korea on June 23:20, 2015.

On June 15, 2015, the Defendant, at around 00:00, landed C to the Agricultural Cooperative located in G in the same Si, a place of promise with the above F, and thereafter, C, at around 00:30 on the same day, entered Jambel 703 in F with a view to engaging in sexual traffic at around 00:30 on the same day, and C, in return, received KRW 1.20,000 in return.

Accordingly, the defendant recommended C, which is a juvenile, to be the counterpart of the act of buying sex of the juvenile.

2.
