[2014 Highest 1221] On May 10, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 23:30, 2014, at the “E” singing shop operated by the victim D in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant, despite the absence of the intent or ability to pay the drinking value, took place as if he would pay the drinking value properly; (b) ordered the victim to be passed by both weeks; and (c) the Defendant received from the victim the payment of the drinking value equivalent to KRW 310,000 in total in the face of the two weeks.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

[2014 Highest 1640] On June 5, 2014, the Defendant was provided by the victim G in Hanam-si with an amount equivalent to KRW 440,00,00 in total, including two weeks and two weeks, in the same place, when the Defendant committed the act as if the Defendant would pay the drinking value despite having no intention or ability to pay the drinking value.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

[2014 Highest 1879] On June 28, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 22:30, 2014, at the J’s main point located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I, the Defendant, despite being provided alcoholic beverages from the victim K, did not have the intent or ability to pay the price, and (b) ordered the victim to pay the price, and (c) received an order from the victim to pay the price. The Defendant was provided with alcoholic beverages of KRW 320,00 in total in the same place.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.
