[Crimes against Victims C]

1. The Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (obscenity using communications media) was interested in the victim C (n, 57 years of age) who is engaged in the massing business in Gangseo-si D and operated the F restaurant in E.

No person shall have the other party reach the other party any sound, etc. that causes a sense of sexual humiliation or aversion by telephone or other communications media with intent to arouse or satisfy his/her own or the other person's sexual desire.

Nevertheless, at around 05:57 on June 14, 2013, the Defendant sent the victim a sound that may cause sexual humiliation or aversion using a communication medium, such as the following: (a) from that time to December 22 of the same month, by exposing the victim’s cell phone with the victim’s cell phone, and transmitting the victim’s sexual intercourse with the victim; and (b) from that time, the Defendant sent the victim a sound that may cause sexual humiliation or aversion by using a communication medium, as described in attached

3. On June 22, 2013, at around 17:40 on June 2, 2013, the Defendant expressed the victim C’s desire to “Iunk room” as “Iunk room” in which two female customers with H and name unsound are reported several times.

Accordingly, the defendant openly insultingd the victim.

4. On June 21, 2013 and December 22, 2012, the victim C filed a complaint regarding the above crime with the Gangnam Police Station located in Gangnam-dong, Gangnam-si, Gangnam-si, and the Defendant filed a complaint on July 5, 2013.
