[2] On February 20, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to two years and three months of imprisonment for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Daegu District Court on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes. On April 29, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Daegu District Court’s Support for the Aggravated Punishment, etc. on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes. On January 24, 2014, the Seoul Northern District Court sentenced the Defendant to three years and six months of imprisonment for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and completed the execution of the sentence
[Criminal facts]
1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes;
A. On April 23, 2018, at the E coffee shop operated by the victim D located in Busan Dong-gu, Busan around 01:0, the Defendant: (a) prepared in advance the gap of the victim’s leaving the gate; (b) invaded into the entrance door after destroying it; and (c) stolen the victims’ property at least 13 times in total from that time until May 15, 2018, as shown in the list of crimes in the annexed sheet of crimes.
B. On May 2, 2018, at around 02:00, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim’s cash, etc. from the HW’s H Chinese house located in Busan District F, the Defendant: (b) discovered the victim’s cash, etc.; (c) operated the said vehicle that was parked in front of the said Chinese house without the victim’s consent; and (d) temporarily used the victim’s vehicle from the place to the point to the front of the KW located in the Busan District.
As a result, the defendant was sentenced to punishment twice or more due to larceny, etc., and habitually commits larceny even during the period of repeated crime.
2. On May 2, 2018, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) runs away from the Hegian road located in F of Busan, on May 2, 2018 to the front day of the Khgu located in J of Busan, and going back from approximately 13.6km to the K-si located in J of Busan, Dong-gu.
