Punishment of the crime

On June 5, 2015, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.120% on blood alcohol level around 18:50, driven the B B 49c motor bicycle at the 2km section of approximately 2km to the front road of the 1218 Olympic Winter apartment located in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, for approximately 1218, as both sides of Songpa-gu, Seoul.
