1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is running a livestock farming business on the land listed in the attached list 2 through 4.

The defendant is the owner of the land listed in the attached sheet.

In 2007, the defendant was diagnosed such as brain color, and the adult guardianship was commenced on September 10, 2018 due to dementia.

B. Land use-related 1) The Plaintiff’s first-born land from the 1980s to the 5th 10th 1980s (hereinafter “Defendant’s farmland”).

2) On the other hand, the Plaintiff registered a livestock business with the name of March 1995 as “H”, and registered a livestock business with the location of the place of business as “Ssung-gun I,” and operated a small livestock business.

3) On March 22, 1999, the Plaintiff changed the name of the administrative district to the Sungsung-si (Seoul-si, 2001) owned by the Defendant.

(4) The Plaintiff obtained a permit to convert the form and quality of a forest to create a housing site on the ground of 660 square meters above 660 square meters and reside therein. The Plaintiff obtained a permit to convert the form and quality of a forest to create a housing site on the land of 197.56 square meters above 660 square meters above. The approval for use of the said housing was made on January 16, 2009, and the building register was written, but is unregistered. The said F land was divided into land listed in [Attachment 1 and 2] on June 15, 2007.

Before around 2005, the Plaintiff constructed a stable 1,292 square meters on the two parcels of land listed in the attached Table 2 and 4, and 181.89 square meters on the land listed in the attached Table 4.

(hereinafter “the instant livestock shed.” On November 23, 2005, the Plaintiff had been engaged in livestock farming business by obtaining permission for livestock breeding business from the location of the place of business to K as “K,” with the name of the place of business to be “T” (F’s road name address).
