Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a miscellaneous retailer with the sixth floor 155 of the building B in Jung-gu, Seoul, who runs retail business with two regular workers.

When a worker dies or retires, the employer shall pay the wages, compensations, and all other money and valuables within fourteen days after the cause for such payment occurred.

Nevertheless, the Defendant is working from January 4, 2013 to July 31, 2013 at the above workplace.

As for retired workers C, wages of 1,50,000 won in May 2013, and wages of 1,700,000,000 in June 2013, and wages of 1,70,000,000 in July 2013, and those of 4,90,000,000 in total and from February 5, 2012 to August 10, 2013.

In May 2013, wages of 100,000 won for retired workers D, wages of 2,100,000 won in June 2013, wages of 2,100,000 won in July 2013, and wages of 2,10,000 won in August 2013, and wages of 5,000,000,000 won in August 2013 have not been paid respectively within 14 days from the date of retirement without any agreement between the parties on the extension of the due date.
