1. The defendant A and B shall be punished by imprisonment for two years;

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) by Defendant A and Defendant B;

A. On March 21, 1990, Defendant A was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in Daegu District Court and its racing support, and on December 27, 2000, Defendant A was sentenced to eight months in the same court. On August 31, 2010, Defendant A was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for special larceny in the Jinwon District Court’s Jinju branch and completed the execution of the sentence in the Changwon Prison on March 27, 201.

Defendant

B was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for night building intrusion larceny in the Daegu District Court and racing support on August 27, 1991. On December 4, 2002, the same court was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for night building intrusion larceny, etc. on June 14, 2007. On June 14, 2007, the same court was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny). On July 2, 2009, the same court was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. on November 27, 2009, and appears to be a clerical error in the indictment of November 27, 2009.

In Daegu detention center, the execution of the sentence was terminated.

B. The Defendants’ co-offenders conspired to steals electric wires by intrusioning the structure at night, along with the following.

1) On November 16, 201, the Defendants committed the crime on November 16, 201, at around 22:00 on November 16, 201, intruded into the open storage room (on the front of the open storage room of the H substation Indoor Indoor Facility Construction Work Site in G in the East Sea, beyond the fence, and 3,2560,000 won in the market price of the victim’s possession.
