Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaged in a computer repair business with the trade name “B” from around 1993 to the present.

On September 24, 2014, the Defendant installed remote control program “ZK” in the Defendant’s computer at the office located in Nam-gu, Busan at around Busan, by arbitrarily downloading the “ZOK” in the Defendant’s computer for the Defendant’s business purpose, and copied the said program. On February 1, 2016, the Defendant used the said program to resolve the problem of internal network disorder of E located in the Busan, Guns, and thereby infringed the Defendant’s copyright by using the reproduced program from around September 24, 2014 to February 12, 2016.
