A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On August 20, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Suwon Franchi, and completed the execution of the sentence on June 23, 2017.

"2017 Highest 8276"
1. On August 13, 2017, the Defendant: (a) from around 06:58 to around 13:30 on August 13, 2017 to around 13:30 on the same day, opened a door that was parked in the front line of the E vehicle, which was owned by the victim D; and (b) brought about KRW 800,000 in cash owned by the victim, who was kept in the container spons; and (c) committed attempted theft on 77 occasions in total from around the above day to October 25, 2017, the Defendant did not commit a theft or attempted theft of the victims’ property or committed a theft on 77 occasions in total, as described in attached Table 1 and Table 1-1.
Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolens or attempted to steals the victims' property, but did not bring about such intent.
2. From August 17, 2017 to August 19, 2017, the Defendant damaged the victims’ property at least 50 times in total, as shown in the attached Table 2 of the Crimes List, from around the above day to October 23, 2017, by destroying the glass window for the driver’s seat of G-si, a victim who was parked at the public parking lot of G-si 2149, located there at the right angle 19:30 to August 19, 2017.
3. Intrusion into residence and building;
A. From around 12:00 on October 17, 2017 to around 13:35 on the same day, the Defendant opened a door and opened a door for the purpose of theft of property using the cres that he/she became aware of when accompanied with a certified broker, using the cres that he/she was not the victim I.
