A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 31, 2017, the Defendant driven a vehicle of 0.094% of alcohol concentration in blood at approximately 5km from the road near 00:50,000 in the south-gu, Yancheon-gu, Yancheon-gu, Yancheon-gu to the front of the C pharmacy located in North-gu, Mapo-gu, Mapo-si, Mapo-do.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person who is engaged in driving a passenger car in D.

On January 31, 2017, at around 00:50, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol, as described in paragraph 1, and driven the C intersection in front of the C pharmacy located in the north-gu, Pohang-gu, the north-gu, the Defendant driven the said car from the north-gu, to the home plug.

At the time, there are nights, and at the same time, there are places where the center line of yellow solid lines is installed, so there was a duty of care to ensure that drivers are able to operate safely by thoroughly and maintaining the trains.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, was negligent in driving the center line along with the driver’s negligence, received the part of the victim’s FF taxi in front of the left-hand part of the driver’s driving of the FF taxi, which was sent at the opposite one lane from the center line to the open-air pharmacy.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the above victim E by occupational negligence, such as acute fluoral finites, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment, from the victim G who was on board the above taxi, for about three weeks of treatment.
