A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 600,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 11, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 00:40 on November 11, 2014, at the first floor of the C hotel in Busan, Busan, the Defendant: (b) demanded hotel customers to take trial expenses; (c) the victim D (24) who is a hotel employee to stop the Defendant; and (d) reported to the police.

Accordingly, the above victim made a public insult of the victim by openly pointing out the victim’s bath to the victim’s “Chewing mash, mash, and mash that should be brought about, and num or equally har har.”

2. On November 16, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 16:30 on November 16, 2014, at F Hospital located in Busan Shipping Daegu, the Defendant 2015 High-level 267 (hereinafter referred to as the “F Hospital”); (b) had been in the first floor of the 9th regular ward, 9th regular ward, and the first floor emergency room without any use; and (c) had been mixed with large interest, and (d) had been fluened by force over approximately 50 minutes of music with a cell phone, thereby obstructing the Defendant’s legitimate maintenance of order.

3. Around 00:00 on November 18, 2014, the Defendant interfered with the operation of the emergency room of the said hospital by force over approximately 30 minutes, including lying away from the emergency room of the said hospital, and putting him/her back without any melting.
