A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a new site manager of multi-household housing construction works located in B at the time of harmony.

On February 2, 2017, the Defendant had been performing construction works for destroying a base of 60 meters in length and 2-4 meters in depth at the construction site at the construction site.
