1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons

A. At the time of the Plaintiff’s incorporation, the trade name was a limited liability company I, and thereafter changed to a limited liability company J on January 25, 2005, and September 7, 2006. D on January 12, 1996, the total number of equity shares was established by D on January 12, 1996. At the time of incorporation, the representative director D was 7,000 units, D’s management unit F, D’s unit units, and D’s unit G 1,00 units, respectively.
B. The Defendant entered the Plaintiff’s account from March 1996 to March 2, 1996, and became the Plaintiff’s director with the Defendant’s wife H on May 27, 1997, and was the Plaintiff’s representative director from January 25, 2005 to September 7, 2006, and from September 28, 2007 to January 4, 2010.

C. The members and the number of contribution units recorded in the Plaintiff’s articles of incorporation and the register of members are modified over four times in total (hereinafter “change of the first and fourth contribution units”), and the Defendant currently enters the Plaintiff’s articles of incorporation and the register of members as the members holding 13,700 contribution units.
The plaintiff shall prepare the minutes of each general meeting of partners as follows with respect to the above changes of each member and make them by a written statement, a certified public registry, a register of shareholders or a register of members, etc.
