Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 13, 2019, at the bus stops located in 22:35, 207, Masan-ro, Masan-ro, 207, the Defendant: (a) coming from the bus stops with the victim B (the age of 25) waiting buses, and the snow boomed “one stop,” without any special reason, while drinking the victim’s face; (b) reported to the police officer called up at that time, and went back, and then, (c) sent the victim’s face and breast part to the victim again by drinking the victim, and (d) asked the victim for medical treatment for about 15 days.
