The reasons for the court's explanation concerning this case are as follows: "Nos. 1 through 5" in Part 3 of Part 2 of the judgment of the court of first instance; "Nos. 1 through 5" in Part 2 of the judgment of the court of first instance; and "duplicate of the complaint" in Part 8 of the judgment of second instance shall be as stated in the part of the judgment of the court of first instance, except where the "duplicate of the complaint" is deemed as "duplicate of the payment order".

2. Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just, and the defendant's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
