1. The plaintiff's defendant in relation to each deposit account in the name of the plaintiff on the attached deposit list.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The relationship 1) The Plaintiff is a company that operates E, an exchange that trades tcocoin, etc. and provides services and related services. 2) Nonparty F, G, and H are members of the Cding Exchange E operated by the Plaintiff, who opened and holds an exchange account that can trade tcoins handled by the E Exchange.

3) The Defendants are those who deposited money in the Plaintiff’s corporate account under the name of the Plaintiff of the I Bank as stated in the attached deposit details list. (b) The Plaintiff’s business method 1) In order for the Cding Exchange to grant personal accounts to the users (hereinafter “members”), the members of the I Bank granted individual virtual accounts under the relevant corporate account so that the members of the IF may deposit in the exchange corporate account, and the former Cding Exchange has received deposits from the members via the same individual virtual account.

However, on December 2017, the government prohibited the additional provision of virtual account services as part of the special measures to control speculative speculation in virtual currency (camb) around 2017.

Therefore, since January 30, 2018, domestic financial institutions failed to provide virtual account services for each individual to corporations operating the Cding Exchange (limited to individuals whose virtual account has been established through real name verification procedures and allow continuing transactions through virtual account for individuals whose virtual account has been confirmed by undergoing real name verification procedures). Since then, the Plaintiff, which was established and started business around October 2018, has not been provided with virtual account services for each individual from financial institutions.

2 Accordingly, the Cding Exchange, including the Plaintiff, can not receive virtual account opening services, has first opened a corporate account in a financial institution.
