1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 75,075,250 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 12, 2015 to the date of full payment.

1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is engaged in the business of producing and selling clothing and subsidiary materials, such as spafers, in the trade name of "C," and the Defendant is engaged in wholesale and retail business, such as clothing, with the trade name of "D."

On January 3, 2013, G entered into a “contract for the production and management of clothing” with the Defendant with the consent of J.
In relation to the production of clothing under the above contract, the defendant in the above contract performed "the confirmation of raw and secondary materials storage, quality control of goods, the supply and management of goods, the management of goods A/S, the execution of funds, and all other matters related to production management" and received fees equivalent to 3% of the contract price.
E. On February 15, 2013, the Plaintiff supplied KRW 202,356,250 in total of the raw materials, such as straws and braws, used for the manufacture of the above “Switzerland clothes” until April 7, 2014, and received KRW 127,281,00 among them.
