1. Basic facts

A. On October 12, 2005, the Office of Education of Gyeonggi-do established and publicly announced a master plan for private investment facilities project for the establishment and operation of three and more different departments based on the Act on Public-Private Partnerships in Infrastructure and its Enforcement Decree on October 12, 2005. Based on this, it was established on January 18, 2006 as Gau Dou Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Gau, April 24, 2006).

It does not specify before and after the establishment, and is "Ilsan".
