Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 80,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person driving a CMW car owned by the defendant.

On December 12, 2015, the Defendant driven the above vehicle around 00:24, and driven the two-lane road of Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City D-do along the one-lane from the intersection at the entrance of the road to the intersection of the modern market.

A crosswalk shall exist in the front.

In such cases, when a person engaged in driving service passes a crosswalk, he/she has a duty of care to temporarily stop in front of the crosswalk so as not to obstruct or endanger the passage of the pedestrian.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and proceeded with the victim E (3) who crosses the crosswalk from the right direction to the left side of the Defendant, while driving the above crosswalk at the time of the “sulde on and off-off” signal of the front side of the vehicle.

As a result, the defendant suffered injury to the above victim by negligence in the course of business, such as cerebral alky, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment.
