Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, when the temple was not passed, used the fact that the management supervision of cash in the city was neglected, in order to steal the temple by using the enormous machine, iron company, etc.

1. On June 1, 2013, around 18:00, the Defendant stolen KRW 20,000,000, cash owned by the victim C, in a manner that, in front of the extreme weather and fire fighting in Yangsan City, the Defendant: (a) laid down a crepit in the manager D’s surveillance neglect; (b) laid down the iron box at the end of the steel shed; and (c) laid down the iron box into the steel shed; and (d) brought up the cash attached to the steel shed by inserting it into the steel shed.

2. On June 5, 2013, the Defendant stolen KRW 20,000,00,000, in the same place as Paragraph 1, and in the same manner as Paragraph 1, in cash owned by the victim C.

3. At around 17:00 on June 14, 2013, the Defendant stolen KRW 7,000,000, in cash owned by the victim C, by means of gathering the cash, which was prepared in advance, in a crepanus where surveillance was neglected, from a crepanus.

4. On June 17, 2013, the Defendant stolen KRW 8,000,00 in cash owned by the victim C in the same manner as Paragraph 3, at the same place as Paragraph 3, at around 17:30, 2013.

5. On June 19, 2013, the Defendant stolen KRW 20,000,00,000, in the same place as Paragraph 1, at around 16:00, in the same manner as Paragraph 1.
