1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 52,370,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 25, 2015 to the day of full payment.

1. The plaintiff is a company that manufactures and sells advertising materials, etc., and the defendant is a company that manufactures and sells protected films, functional films, etc.

Upon the Defendant’s request, the Plaintiff supplied goods equivalent to KRW 64,350,000 on April 8, 2015, and supplied goods equivalent to KRW 124,740,000 on April 29, 2015.

The Defendant paid the full amount of the price for the goods as of April 8, 2015 among the price for the goods as of April 20, 2015, but paid only KRW 72,370,000 among the price for the goods as of April 29, 2015.

2. According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the price of KRW 52,370,00 (=124,740,000 - 72,370,000).

In regard to this, the defendant argued that there was a defect such as the initial starting point problem on the goods supplied by the plaintiff, and that the supply unit price offered by the plaintiff to the defendant was an unfair transaction that significantly differs from the market price, but there is no evidence to acknowledge the defendant's assertion.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff 52,370,000 won and the damages for delay calculated by adding a rate of 15% per annum from November 25, 2015 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the day when a duplicate of the instant complaint was served on the Defendant.

If so, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable and acceptable.
