Punishment of the crime
The Defendants partly revised the facts charged to the extent that it does not impede the Defendants’ exercise of their right of defense.
Defendant
A serving as D head of Gun from July 1, 2002 to June 30, 2014, a general manager of G development project (hereinafter “instant project”) which is a development project for creating an industrial complex by reclaiming FF sea in E, and Defendant B is a company established to implement the instant project on July 6, 2009 to January 3, 2016, while serving as the head of D military office H (i.e., changing the name of I to its organizational reorganization) from D military office H from July 6, 2009 to January 3, 2016. The J corporation (hereinafter “J”) is a company established to implement the instant project on January 18, 2008.

A and B around May 2013, which was the time when the Board of Audit and Inspection was audited of the instant project, entered into an agreement on the transfer of the status of the seller to the status of the seller of the site to be sold by K Co., Ltd. among the sites to be created by the instant project, entered into a development project agreement on May 1, 2012 with the content of the agreement on the transfer of the status of the seller of the site to D Co., Ltd. from J to D Co., Ltd., and the content of the agreement on the transfer of the status of the seller of the site to the status of 330,580 square meters (10,000 square meters) from J to D Co., Ltd., and the content of the agreement on the transfer of the status of the buyer of the site to be sold from D Co., Ltd. to D Co., Ltd. (the final purchaser and the buyer collectively become D Co., Ltd.) with the content of the agreement on the transfer of the status of the seller of the site to D Co. 21.
Defendant
B shall report the above reports to Defendant A in the military room, and Defendant A shall sign “A” on the column on the right side of the above reports and state “5/1” and “4/3” under its supervision.
