A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, at the Changwon District Court on March 8, 2010, received a summary order of KRW 1 million as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act, and on July 1, 2019, received a summary order of KRW 2 million as a fine by the same court.

Although the Defendant had been punished twice due to drunk driving, on May 11, 2020, at around 19:15, the Defendant driven the Epwit-line cargo without obtaining a driver’s license with a blood alcohol content of approximately 0.146% from the section of approximately 100 meters from the 100 meters away from the D Association’s head office located in the same Gu C to the front road of the headquarters of the D Association, Changwon-si.
