1. Arrangement of commercial sex acts;

A. On May 201, Defendant A, while engaging in the so-called “oception” business in which commercial sex acts are arranged by leasing an officetel in Busan Northern-gu, Busan-gu, and as a result, the police crackdowns on the place of business, the place of business was to be moved to the F of Busan-do.
