A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Nevertheless, around July 18, 2017, the Defendant operated a business place with the trade name called “C” to assist unspecified male customers in similar sexual intercourse at the place of paragraph 1 located at a distance of 143 meters from F middle schools and G high schools, and committed an act prohibited in educational environment protection zones.
