Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 21, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 19:55 on July 21, 2017, on the third floor of the king-ro, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, 214 (former Dog-dong), performed drinking together with other elderly people, such as the victim B, etc.; and (b) took a bath to the Defendant, the Defendant inflicted injury on the victim’s face of the victim one time, such as the victim B, etc., and the victim was walkinging twice of the roadside face.
