1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 10,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 1, 2011, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act from the Jung-gu District Court on the part of August 1, 201, and received a summary order of KRW 1,00,000 from the Suwon Friwon on June 13, 201.

On August 25, 2015, around 23:43, the Defendant driven a BSlog passenger car with approximately 50 meters alcohol concentration of around 0.086% in blood alcohol level from the influsium located in Seongbuk-si, Sungnam-si to the front road in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si.
