Summary of Grounds for Appeal

The property damage is not caused by the act of the defendant, which is not destroyed by the act of the defendant, and even if the Kameras was damaged by the act of the defendant, it is merely damaged by the defendant's negligence, and the defendant did not have any intention to commit the property damage, but the judgment of the court below which convicted the defendant as to this part of the facts charged is erroneous by misapprehending the legal principles or by misapprehending
