A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 5, 2020, the Defendant driven BMW 745Li car on 16:50, and tried to overtake the Defendant’s car while driving Do 1800c Do 180c Do 180c Do 2, which was driven by the victim C (ma, 66 years old) who was driving in the two-lane, was driving along the two-lane national highways around the 32-lane Do 32 way near the mountain intersection located in the Sinsan-ri in the Sinsan-ri in the Sinsan-ri.

Accordingly, the Defendant, without any reason, changed the vehicle line to a two-lane, and obstructed the progress of the Victim C by sudden operation in front of the Victim C’s two-lanes, and the victim C changed the vehicle line to a one-lane in front of the Victim C, thereby obstructing the progress of the Victim C by re-routing the vehicle vehicle in front of the Victim C while re-routing the vehicle line to a one-lane. When the victim C re-routs the vehicle line to a two-lane, it obstructed the progress of the Victim C by approaching the passenger vehicle in front of the Victim C with the Victim’s two-lanes.

The Defendant accessed the Defendant’s vehicle back to the two-lanes of the defective victim E in order to change the Defendant’s vehicle to the two-lanes, and obstructed the progress of the Victim E by changing the vehicle back to the two-lanes of the defective victim E in order to overtake the Defendant’s vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant threatened victims by using cars which are dangerous objects.
