1. From October 5, 201 to September 2015, the Defendant, while working in the accounts with the victim (state) located in the Busan Young-gu, Busan Metropolitan City from October 5, 2011 to September 1, 2015, embezzled money to be paid to the customer of the company and its employees in the custody of passbooks, etc. in the name of the said company, and embezzled money to make personal broadcasts through African TV (one name BJ, Brodc TV) by arbitrarily withdrawing money to be paid to the customer of the company and its employees or transferring it to its own account, and intended to raise funds.
Around March 18, 2014, the Defendant embezzled KRW 2,300,00 to the Busan Bank account (F) in order to use the company’s funds as the purchase cost, etc., on the following grounds: (a) transferred KRW 1,700,000 to the Busan Bank account under the name of the Defendant; (b) deposited KRW 1,70,000 in cash after cash withdrawal; and (c) consumed for personal use from September 7, 2015 until September 7, 2015, total amount of KRW 524,112,140,00 in total, from September 277, 2015, after withdrawing KRW 453,343,943,940 in total to the Defendant’s account under the name of the Defendant.
Accordingly, the defendant embezzleds the property of the victim who has been kept in business.
2. On June 2015, the Defendant forged official documents and forged official documents, while serving in the accounting account at D around June 2015, 2015, intended to forge an application form for permission to leave ship wastes in the name of the head of Busan customs office on the job convenience, inasmuch as it did not properly receive documents necessary for the application form for permission to leave ship wastes from the field employees.
On June 8, 2015, the Defendant, without authority, applied for permission to leave a ship’s waste in the column of “G” and “F, June 8, 2015,” and in the column of the filing date, with the intent to exercise the right at the D Office as described in paragraph (1) around June 8, 2015.
