Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 14 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) is a person engaging in driving a B SP car.

On January 30, 2020, at around 04:30, the Defendant driven the said car in such a state that it is difficult to drive normally due to alcohol of 0.182% of blood alcohol concentration, and was driven in the direction of one-way direction in the high-speed direction, depending on the one-lane speed near the wife population C at the permissible time.

Since a place is where a central line is installed, a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle has the duty of care to safely drive the motor vehicle without harming the central line by accurately operating the steering and steering gear.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and received the front part of the victim D(58 years old) driving in the opposite lane as the front part of the said SP car, which was driven in the opposite lane.

The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the same time and place as the foregoing Paragraph (1) and under the influence of alcohol of 0.182 percent of blood alcohol level, and operated B SP car within the five kilometers of approximately five kilometers of the way in front of the “I” located in the same Gu in the route near the potato restaurant where the wife population is unknown at the permissible time and place.
