A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On April 30, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the District Court of Jung-gu on April 30, 2019, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on May 8, 2019.
