A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 12, 2018, the Defendant forged a copy of a bank note 50,000 won issued by the Bank of Korea with access to the Internet site via a computer at his own house located in Seosan City, via a computer, and revised the image file of KRW 50,00 issued by the Bank of Korea, and then forged one copy of the bank note 50,000 won in the Republic of Korea for the purpose of printing out and exercising as a printer.

2. On February 16, 2018, the Defendant: (a) purchased tobacco from the victim F, who sees that the account would be opened to the “E” market located in Seosan-si, Seosan-si; (b) issued 50,000 won bank note 1, as described in paragraph 1, to the victim F as if he/she was a genuine bank right; (c) then, he/she issued 1 copy of the forged bank note 50,000 won to the victim F; and (d) then, he/she acquired 45,500 won of the market value of the victim’s G-owned, which is the victim of the said Schlage, from the victim F, to the victim F, who is a genuine bank right.
