1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 20,000,00 and 5% per annum from June 16, 2016 to July 20, 2017.
Reasons
Basic Facts
A. 1) On October 23, 2013, the Plaintiff: (a) on October 23, 2013, to the Defendants, one solar power plant in the solar power plant of 60kw on the building located D in the Sungsung City (hereinafter “instant power plant”).
2) The construction work was contracted with the following content (hereinafter “instant contract”).
(2) The construction cost of KRW 155,00,00 (including value-added tax, KRW 170,500,000), intermediate payment of KRW 15,000 (in principle, payment shall be made at KRW 30% prior to the issuance of authorization, KRW 40% prior to the issuance of authorization, KRW 30% prior to the issuance of authorization, KRW 40% prior to the issuance of major materials, and KRW 55,50,00 (payment by the due date of the certificate of pre-use inspection) shall be made from October 23, 2013 to December 31, 2013; the Defendants shall deliver the instant power plant to the Plaintiff by December 31, 2013; the date of completion shall be the date of completion; when the Defendants fails to complete construction within the due date, the Defendants shall be paid with the respective seal of KRW 10,000,000 as the penalty for delay; and the Defendants shall be paid with their respective E/10,00.
B. 1) The instant contract contains the following special terms and conditions (hereinafter “instant special terms and conditions”).

6: Paragraph 6: The Defendants guarantee that the lessee of the building does not impede the process, completion, operation, and operation of the power plant of this case, and shall compensate the lessee in cash when damage occurs.
