1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 22,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from December 26, 2016 to the date of full payment.

In full view of the purport of the argument in Gap evidence No. 1, the defendant borrowed a total of KRW 27,730,000 from May 27, 2015 to April 29, 2016, and the defendant on June 17, 2016, 24,700,000, excluding the remainder of KRW 3,000,000, which was already paid out of the above loan, from June 17, 2016, is recognized to have prepared and delivered a certificate of loan to the plaintiff by December 25, 2016, and the plaintiff received KRW 2,70,00,00 from the defendant after the lawsuit in this case. According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum from the following day after the payment date as requested by the plaintiff.
