1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. The parties' assertion

A. Since the birth donation on each of the real estates stated in the purport of the claim by the plaintiffs and the defendant's O (hereinafter "the real estate of this case") filed by the defendant, the plaintiffs could not be succeeded to the deceased's inherited property at all, the plaintiffs infringed on the legal reserve of inheritance corresponding to the shares of 1/19 (2/19-1/2 of each legal share of inheritance) of the real estate of this case. Thus, the defendant is obligated to implement the procedure for the registration of ownership transfer stated in the purport of the claim based on the return of legal reserve of inheritance.

B. The Defendant, at the latest at the time of the death of the deceased on May 4, 2008, knew that the deceased donated the instant real estate to the Defendant. However, on August 27, 2015, the Defendant filed a lawsuit claiming the return of the instant legal reserve and filed a lawsuit claiming the return of the said real estate more than one year, and the Defendant’s right to claim the return of the legal reserve expired by prescription.

2. Facts of recognition;

A. There are plaintiffs A (First, B (Second, A), C (First, D (Third, A), E (Fourth, Defendant F (Second, Q (Third, A), and R (Fourth), and the Appellant died on May 4, 2008.

B. In a property before the birth, the deceased owned the real estate of ① 4,181 square meters in the previous G, ② 621 square meters in the previous G, ③ 103 square meters in the previous G, ④ 160 square meters in the previous G, ④ the above JJ, ④ 3475 square meters in the above K, ⑤ 43 square meters in the previous G, ② 59 square meters in the previous M, 7, 6169 square meters in the previous M, 8, 1218 square meters in the previous G, Hong-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and 304 square meters in the above T.

C. Before the death of 2008, the deceased donated the above 10 parcels of real estate to the defendant and R on three occasions only before the deceased, and the defendant completed the registration of ownership transfer on the real estate (1) through (8).
