1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On March 8, 2012, the relevant Plaintiff (D) of the party was regularly diagnosed in advance, since the Plaintiff was transferred to the E Hospital operated by Defendant B (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”).
Defendant C, as the president of the Defendant Hospital, performed the king operation for the Plaintiff on the F date.
B. (1) Around 07:00 of the F date of the king operation against the Plaintiff (F date; hereinafter the date is omitted): (2) the Plaintiff was hospitalized in the Defendant Hospital as early poppy.
