Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as the representative of the D Co., Ltd. operating a business of selling aggregate in Ansan-si, an Ansan-si, did not report the business of generating scattering dust from October 28, 2017 to March 26, 2018, and did not install and operate a facility for preventing scattering dust.
