Defendants are not guilty.

1. Facts charged;

A. 2. Determination

A. According to the evidence duly adopted and examined by this court, Defendant A, around 10:30 on March 23, 2016, through stairs connected to D apartment units to D apartment units 108 underground spaces, is a kimchi air conditioners in weight 71 km.
