Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a nominal operator in the name of "D main points" located in macro-si, and the victim E is a substantial operator of the above call text.

On March 10, 2018, the Defendant, at around 13:19, obstructed the victim’s business by force, by putting the location of the victim, such as lighting inside the call text, on the ground that the victim did not correct the fire-fighting system, putting the location of the customer, such as light, and photographing the inside with the customer by means of handphones.
