Punishment of the crime

1. On March 25, 2014, around 00:38, on March 25, 2014, the Defendant intruded into the “D Joint Market in Busan Jung-gu, Busan, and stolen the Defendant, with one early gambling room equivalent to 150,000 won at the market price owned by the victim E (59 years of age).

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen another's things.

2. On March 26, 2014, the Defendant, upon intrusion into the “G Joint Market located in Busan Jung-gu, Busan, around 21:41 on March 26, 2014, committed the crime, and stolen the Defendant, with four boxes of extinction equivalent to KRW 80,00 in the market value of the victim H(45 years of age).
