1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,000,000 as well as 20% per annum from November 26, 2014 to the date of full payment.

1. The Plaintiff agreed to repay the Defendants KRW 4,00,000 per month on February 16, 2012 to KRW 60,00,000 per annum. However, the Defendants paid KRW 30,000,000 from March 16, 2012 to August 26, 2013, and did not repay the remainder KRW 30,000,000. As such, the Defendants filed a claim against the Defendants for damages for delay calculated at the rate of KRW 30,000 per annum of 20% per annum from the day following the date of final delivery of a copy of the complaint to the day of full payment (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act): Defendant 1 and the judgment by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
