The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On September 7, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 06:00 on September 7, 2019, in the Changwon Prison in the Changwon-si, Changwon-si, the Defendant: (b) considered the victim C (the age of 40) who takes a bath while arranging the transfer; and (c) considered the victim’s desire to take a part in the victim’s body towards the Defendant; and (d) used the victim’s body to flick the victim’s neck, flick the victim’s neck with one hand, and pushed the victim into the wall.

2. Determination

(a) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act;

(b) The victim shall express his/her intention not to punish him/her after prosecution;

(c) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
