Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 80,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On September 19, 2015, at around 01:40, the Defendant driven B rocketing car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.067% at a 100-meter radius from the front of the Belgium in the vicinity of the Peace Scenic at Sinpo City to the intersection of the shooting distance of 100 meters in front of the Mablug-ro 107-ro in Sinpo City.
